Mango Pie Recipe Ingredients:

1 prepared 9-inch pie crust

4-5 large ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup cornstarch

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat, and stir in the lime juice.
  7. Pour the mixture over the mango slices in the pie crust.
  8. Bake the pie for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
